Todd’s Salsa

Ingredients
2 14.5oz cans “Huats Whole Tomatoes” (peeled californian’s)
5 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers – remove stems, cut into halves and remove 50% of the seeds
1 large garlic clove (chopped fine)
½ medium-large yellow onion, chopped
2-3” fresh parsley leaves, chopped
2-3” fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons vinegar

Mixing
Pour tomatoes into blender then add garlic, onions, peppers, cilantro and parsley. Add the salt and vinegar next.
“Blenderize” on lowest or “near-lowest” setting until it looks well mixed and the ingredients are of the appropriate “chunkiness” depending on your preference.
Pour into a jar or air-tight Tupperware container (mix one last time by hand) and let sit for 3-4 hours.
