1 package butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1 cup sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
1 ½ cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butterMix first ingredients and cook slowly until dissolved
Bring to a boil and add pecans. Cook until soft boiled stage
Remove from heat and add butter. Beat until mixture begins to thickin
Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper or a butter cookie sheet
Let cool
