Easy Fudge
Combine in sauce pan & cook over medium heat, stirring constantly:
3 cups sugar
¼ cup margarine – 1 stick
2/3 cup evaporated milk – small canBoil for 5 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat and add:
1 12oz package semi sweet chocolate chips
stir until melted, then add
1 jar Kraft marshmallow cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecansbeat until well blended
pour into greased 9x13 pan, cut into squares when cool
